In an ever-changing regulatory and social context, marked by the Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS)’s increasingly stringent requirements, promoting well-being and actively combating all forms of abuse have become absolute strategic priorities. For organizations in the medical-social (ESSMS), social, healthcare, and early childhood sectors, it is no longer enough to simply state intentions: these values must be transformed into structured, measurable, and sustainable practices.
In partnership with Ax’Aide, a recognized expert in the sector, Apave Certification offers a unique, modular, and progressive program. This customized program supports the development of your teams at their own pace, while providing official recognition from an independent third party.
Your goal: excellence in the service of people

- The Oral Interview: A presentation before an expert examiner from Apave Certification to validate the alignment between technical expertise and professional conduct (ethical stance).
Validity Period and Renewal: Individual competency certification is valid for a period of 3 years. Renewal is based on a review of the certified professional’s work records and validation that competencies have been maintained in light of legislative changes and HAS guidelines.
