Goals

The objectives of the prestation Certification as a Manager or Referent for good treatment and prevention of the risk of abuse :

  • Identify their roles and missions as referents in the functioning of their establishment to ensure the sustainability of their mission and their actions in favour of well-treatment and the prevention of ill-treatment.

  • Master the regulatory field, in particular the obligations of establishments with regard to well-treatment and the prevention of maltreatment in order to establish a culture of well-treatment and to transmit it to the employees of the establishment.

  • Master the concept of well-treatment in order to communicate the issues at stake and establish a culture of well-treatment within the establishment.
  • Master the issues involved in the prevention of abuse in order to prevent it effectively within the establishment.

  • Design and run training courses for the multidisciplinary team in order to establish the basis for a culture of well-treatment and the prevention of abuse.

  • Apply and enforce good practices in terms of well-treatment and prevention of maltreatment on a daily basis in order to perpetuate and boost the professional culture within the establishment;


  • Who is the Referent and Manager for Good Treatment and prevention of the risk of abuse for?

    Any professional, regardless of their role, in the sectors:- Social
    - Health and social care
    - Early childhood
    - HealthThere are no prerequisites for this training course.

    Prerequisites for certification

    Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of one year of professional experience in an establishment in the sector of supporting vulnerable people.

    Regarding Kind and Caring Manager certification, the candidate must have previously completed and obtained Kind and Caring referent certification.

    The Referent and Manager for good treatment is the true information and training link for all those involved in supporting vulnerable people thanks to their recognised, in-house and long-term skills in welfare and the prevention of the risk of abuse within their organisation.

    Stages and process

    At the end of a training course provided by AX'AIDE, candidates will have to take an exam to ensure that they have properly acquired the skills.

    The exam takes place at the end of the training provided by AX'AIDE:
    It is an oral exam lasting 45 minutes.
