Who is VCU Certification for?

It is intended for temporary employment agencies that place temporary workers who carry out activities with increased risk and/or who work in a high-risk environment, such as factories, installations, workshops, and projects.
Description
The Health and Safety Checklist for Temporary Employment Agencies is intended for temporary employment agencies that make temporary workers available to companies, with a transfer of hierarchical authority and supervision.

Steps and processes

- Preparation and implementation of the checklist (at least 3 months)
- Certification application to an accredited Certification Body (APAVE Belgium sa)
- Technical and financial proposal
- Audit program proposal
- Document evaluation (phase 1)
- Implementation control (phase 2)
- Audit report
- Report approval by the coordinator
- Certification decision by the competent person of the certification body and issuance of the certificate
- Appeal procedure, in case of dispute
