Being certified means guaranteeing that you are competent to ensure:
Preparation before your interventions:
analysis of the different tasks for the intervention, preparation of the site / products, materials, installations, protection of premises and people, communication about your intervention
Carrying out maintenance and property upkeep work in 4 areas: Electricity, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Sanitary installations
Interior building envelope - doors and windows, floor laying, painting/wallpapering, locksmithing
The energy performance of the installations, and being a driving force in identifying areas for improvement.
Adapt your behavior to each situation (communication, soft skills, etc.)

Description
The Apave Certification of skills in the field of multi-purpose maintenance and upkeep of premises is a voluntary scheme that was created to meet the growing needs of companies in all sectors that wish to develop their staff and certify their skills in the upkeep and minor maintenance of buildings.
At the end of the exam, you will be issued with a C by Apave certificate of competence, provided you meet the conditions for success.
Stages and process
The exam is part of the training provided by Apave and consists of:
1 written theory test during the training for each area of intervention (Electricity, Heating-Ventilation-Air Conditioning (HVAC), Sanitary Installations, Interior Building Envelope)
1 half-day of practical simulations recreating the professional environment for each of the areas of intervention
1 final individual interview with the examiner - 15 min per candidate
At the end of the exam, you will be issued with a C by Apave certificate of competence, provided you meet the conditions for success.
