ISO 9001 certification for two retirement homes in Metz's private hospitals
A certification process designed to attest to and enhance the quality of the care provided at these facilities. These two nursing homes are the first in France to be ISO 9001 certified in the Grand-Est region.
This recognition, which applies to all activities at the two retirement homes, is designed to increase the satisfaction of residents and their families.
The aim of this approach is to recognize the work of all our teams, but also to ensure continuous improvement.
