Operating procedure of the monitoring process in Thermodynamic Systems

The surveillance operation is conducted over the certification cycle.

This operation entails:

  • checking that the certified inspector keeps up with technical, legislative and regulatory changes,
  • supplying a follow-up report of the claims and complaints concerning the certified inspector, over the elapsed period (with each one accompanied with the copy of the correspondence) and completed with the date their examination was closed out,
  • annually supplying a declaration of activity for which the certified inspector has obtained certification (establishment of at least one report every year),
  • supplying a complete list of the reports produced, in which Apave Certification will select at least one report, for inspection,
  • accompanying the certified inspector throughout the entire operation of at least one of his on-site inspections between the beginning of the 2nd year and the end of the 4th year.

In the case of verifications for the "simple systems and complex systems" level, the inspections on the quality of the reports and on the on-site visits will each cover a different type of system.

The criteria for suspending or withdrawing the certificate or certificates must in particular take account of:

  • the absence of a transmission by the certified inspector of the list or of reports produced,
  • the absence of transmission by the certified inspector of the selected reports,
  • the non-carrying out by the certified inspector, during the surveillance period, of the minimum number of reports required,
  • the non-conformity of the reports with the regulations/standards/rules of the art in effect (detected by our qualified examiners).
  • a non-compliance of the on-site inspection with the inspection method described in the order of 24 July 2020.
