The objective is twofold: to improve working conditions for our teams and to reduce the environmental footprint of our buildings. Today, more than 60% of employees in France already work in modernised or renovated branches.
Recently inaugurated or modernised sites include: Casablanca (Morocco), Dammam and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Livingston (United Kingdom), Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates), and Orléans and Cholet (France).
In the Middle East, Apave is strengthening its strategic presence in Saudi Arabia with an office in Riyadh and a laboratory in Dammam, supporting Saudi Vision 2030 and local industrial sovereignty.
In the United Arab Emirates, Apave’s presence is also evolving. Certain locations, such as Lonestar in Dubai, have been relocated to more spacious sites increasing operational capacity while others, such as Abu Dhabi, have been extended.
The initial results are significant: at renovated or newly constructed sites, energy consumption has decreased by 30% to 60%.
Clermont-Ferrand : A new FLEX branch to enhance efficiency and collaboration

In April 2025, our teams moved into a new branch in Gerzat, near Clermont-Ferrand (France).
This single 650 m2 site brings together all the Group's business lines and accommodates approximately one hundred employees.
This relocation makes it possible to:
- strengthen cohesion between teams;
- develop training capabilities thanks to the immediate proximity of the training centre;
- expand training capacity to meet customer needs for training and multi-expertise consulting;
- reduce the energy footprint by optimising floor space and modernising equipment.
