Seniors Policy Labelling: a new Label HS2® scheme for social landlords

The Haute Sécurité Santé - HS2® label, the label for good living and longevity at home for seniors and frail people, has introduced a new set of guidelines for social landlords, enabling them to assess and promote their progress in terms of Seniors policy.

The certification process takes 6 to 12 months. To obtain the label, the seniors policy is assessed on the basis of a number of criteria, including the governance of the seniors policy by General Management, the residential pathway, the services offered and partnerships forged to meet tenants' needs, and innovation.
