Agence Indigo obtains quality certification for training organizations.

As a training organization, you've just been awarded Qualiopi certification. What was your experience of preparing for the audit?

On my own, I don't think I would have fully understood all the points required by QUALIOPI. I was accompanied by an organization that helped me through the certification process.

I work a lot with people in medical-social centers. My agency, Indigo, delivers training courses designed to boost self-esteem, self-confidence and assertiveness, and to further develop interpersonal skills. I felt I needed a listener who could relate to this audience. Indeed, training courses for people with mental disabilities are not managed in the same way. The Apave Certification auditor who carried out the audit had these qualities.

Would you recommend Apave Certification to your colleagues?

I would definitely recommend Apave Certification. Indeed, they have been able to meet the requirements of training organizations of all sizes. The auditors are training professionals, but above all they are people with practical experience, who may be self-employed themselves. They know what's involved in running a small business and all that it entails.

I was lucky enough to have an auditor who listened carefully to me, provided me with a wealth of ideas for improvement and reassured me about my methodology. I have fond memories of it, despite the stress it caused me beforehand.
