APAVE LAUNCHES THE SAFE&CLEAN LABEL

Apave is launching the "Safe & Clean" label, which can be displayed by public or private establishments open to the public.

Paris, May 18th, 2020.

APAVE is launching the "Safe & Clean" label to certify the proper implementation of sanitary measures in the face of the Covid-19 risk to support public and private establishments. In this way, these establishments will be able to offer a guarantee of safety to their customers and staff, who will gradually return to their workshops, stores or offices, and to citizens visiting their shops, leisure centers or restaurants...

This label is primarily aimed at establishments open to the public, in order to reassure the general public about the preventive measures to be taken in the face of the Covid-19 risk and to support companies in their implementation.

As of May 18, this label will be offered to companies, regardless of their size.
In concrete terms,

  • Apave offers to display commitments controlled by a grid of predefined prevention procedures. This global grid covers all risks, possible situations and processes: barrier measures, specific cleaning and hygiene rules, new protection processes for specific situations (traffic within the establishment, customer payments, supplier deliveries, etc.).
  • Apave then verifies compliance with commitments and the correct implementation of actions, through an audit that is the subject of a specific report.
  • At the end of this process and after a favorable decision, Apave awards the "Safe & Clean" label and a communication kit (stickers, posters) that allows the establishment to communicate in a visible and transparent way and to reassure its customers and employees. The sticker will be displayed on the storefronts or establishments in order to label the prevention actions carried out.

"The resumption of activities and the return to face-to-face work require the security of all people, staff as well as users and customers. Implementing preventive measures leaves no room for improvisation," says Philippe Maillard, Apave's Managing Director. "With the Safe and Clean label, Apave is playing its role as a local company and trusted third party to support all establishments, whatever their size or activity. Economic recovery will be achieved through safety and trust. "

The "Safe&Clean" label completes the #GetReady approach proposed by Apave for several weeks. It is a comprehensive and personalized solution that aims to help companies, depending on their size and sector of activity, to anticipate and prepare for the return of their employees, and therefore that of their customers, service providers and partners. The associated guide #GetReady, made available free of charge by Apave on its website, has been downloaded over 30,000 times.
