Digital Hospital Quality certification certifies the quality of the publishers of e-health software used in health establishments.
The standard is based on certification of a quality management system (ISO 9001:2015 or ISO 13485:2012), supplemented by additional requirements (interoperability, data security, transparency, etc.) that are specific to industrial suppliers of IT solutions intended for health professionals and structures.
The standard was developed by ASIP Santé (Shared Information Systems Agency) with the hospital and industrial federations of the sector, ANAP (National support agency for performance of health and socio-medical health establishments), COFRAC (French Committee for Accreditation) and representatives of certifying bodies and DSSIS (Health information systems strategy delegation).
Frequency: Validity of the certificate: 3 years subject to the conducting of annual surveillance audits.
Procedures: Have the security recognised of the e-health software used in health establishments.
