DEAR CUSTOMERS,

Faced with the increasing spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19), the Apave Group and its subsidiaries, including APAVE Certification, are doing everything possible to provide an effective and above all pragmatic response to your legitimate questions about the validity of your certificates and the continuity of our service.

Various measures have been taken to protect the staff of the Apave Group and its subsidiaries, our auditors and your employees who may be required to attend these audits.

These measures are reviewed on a daily basis to ensure that they are adjusted or supplemented as necessary, and are in line with governmental instructions and recommendations, particularly since the March 16 announcement.

In a very concrete way and independently of your own prevention plan - you will find the measures taken concerning the evaluations we carry out:

• As part of the initial audits: a systematic postponement is proposed and regularly reviewed according to government announcements,
• In the framework of surveillance and/or renewal audits: we have foreseen the possibility of either a postponement or a remote audit in order to maintain the validity of your certificates and other signs of recognition
• We commit ourselves to do our best to take into account your expectations while remaining as close as possible to your current concerns
