TWO EPHADS CERTIFIED ISO 9001 IN THE EAST REGION
Certification of the EHPAD of the Private Hospitals of Metz
After the ISO 9001 certification of the Quality department of the Private Hospitals of Metz in January 2018 by Apave Certification, it is the EHPAD Sainte-Marie and Sainte-Claire of the Private Hospitals of Metz (57) that have obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification for all their activities.
This certification process was undertaken to attest to and enhance the quality of care provided in these establishments. These two EHPAD are the first in France to be certified ISO 9001 in the Grand-Est region.
This recognition, which concerns all the activities of the two EHPADs, aims to increase the satisfaction of residents and their families.
The aim of this approach is to recognize the work of all the teams but also the continuous improvement.
